Voris Architecture Special Guided Tour Fall 2025

A journey to experience the spirit of Voris and the warmth of its architecture.

The number of participants is about 20 people per session (reservation required). The director of the Voris Memorial Hall will guide you through Voris architecture scattered throughout the city. This 3-hour tour allows you to experience the warmth of Voris buildings, which embody the saying, "The dignity of a building lies in its content rather than its exterior, just like a person's character." There will be a fun lecture session introducing Voris during the tour. The total walking distance is about 1.5 km, all on flat paths.

Take a bus from JR Omihachiman Station for about 5 minutes and get off at "Hachusho-mae," then walk for about 5 minutes.

- The tour will be held from October 2nd to 4th, and 7th to 10th (for a total of 7 days). Meeting time is 12:30 pm (dispersal at 3:30 pm). The tour lasts about 3 hours. Please note that the meeting place (Waterhouse Memorial Hall) and the dispersal place (Hyde Memorial Hall) are different.
