Gyoda Floating Castle Festival

The Gyoda Floating Castle Festival, a summer tradition of Gyoda City, is held every year on the last Saturday and Sunday of July. On Saturday, as a pre-festival event, there are performances on a special stage, stalls for small children, and food and drinks sold by kitchen cars. On Sunday, the highlight is the Floating Castle Danbe Dance Parade, along with portable shrines and floats making for a lively atmosphere. A moment to truly experience 'Hometown Gyoda'. Why not change into a yukata or festival happi and join in? ■Notes Inquiries are accepted from 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding weekends and holidays.
