Bunshun Rakugo Course Yanagiya Kyotarou × Nagai Yoshihiro "Legend Series Vol. 5: Showa Era Tokyo Manzai"

A rakugo course taught by the popular rakugo performer Yanagiya Kyotarou and the performance critic Nagai Yoshihiro. The theme of the 5th installment of the "Legend Series," which focuses on the great masters of the Showa era, is "Tokyo Manzai" that flourished after the war. The distinctive Tokyo manzai, different from that of the Kamigata region, has maintained its strong popularity in variety shows on television and radio, as well as on the stages of theaters, even today in the Reiwa era. This is a much-anticipated 2-hour session where fans can fully discuss the nostalgic performances and achievements of the performers. There will be a Q&A session. Applications are accepted until September 1 (Monday). ■Notes Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis (in order of registration numbers) for free seating.
