Reiwa 7th Year Summer Exhibition "I See! Expo - Let's Explore the History of Japan's Exhibitions!"

Let's explore the history of Japan's exhibitions!
The International Exposition, first held in London in 1851. Japan participated in the Paris Expo in 1867, with the Edo government and the Satsuma and Saga domains taking part, and has since been involved in various exhibitions, including international expositions. In Reiwa 7 (2025), the Osaka-Kansai Expo, the first international exposition in Japan in 20 years, will be held. Let's trace the history of Japan and exhibitions from the late Edo period to the present using materials from the National Archives! ■Notes This exhibition features panel displays. There will also be quizzes, experiences with Japanese-style binding, and displays of Tsukuba Expo goods.
