Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Tokyo Music Band Concert

A very popular music concert by the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force. This time it will be held on 9/20 (Sat). Applications via returned postcards are required between 7/3 and 7/24. If there are many applications, a lottery will be held, and attendees must bring their winning postcards on the day. Please check the website for necessary information.
