A Bounty of Sea and Earth – Mihara Specialty Product Fair
A gathering of Mihara City's specialty products!
Mihara City, blessed with the mild climate of Setouchi, is surrounded by beautiful sea, mountains, and sky. We will hold a specialty product fair featuring Mihara City. This time, we will present various products using the classic Mihara octopus and Shinmei chicken, as well as sweets like Yassa manju, and numerous new products such as frozen pizza made with Daiwa lotus root and liqueurs made with hasaku and rosemary. At the storefront, the first-time participant 'Smile Agri' will sell seasonal grapes and pears. There will also be 'unique products' that leverage the blessings of the region!
