The Kanou Museum of Art in Yasugi City, which continues to wish for peace, is holding an exhibition tracing the turbulent times alongside the dolls of doll artist Akemi Abe, who lives in Yonago City, in the commemorative year of the 100th anniversary of the Showa era and the 80th anniversary of the post-war period. The theme of Abe's doll-making is human connections such as community ties, family, friendship, and bonds. The elegant and serene presence of these dolls resonates in people's hearts and has garnered widespread support. The exhibition allows visitors to feel compassion, love, connection, and peace through the works.
