A festival to deepen international exchange by touching the cultures of Caribbean and Latin American countries, including drinks, food, fashion, music, and dance. Even if we don't understand each other's languages, we eat, drink, sing, and dance, overcoming borders and becoming friends with the common language of smiles. This festival aims to be an event that people of all ages, from children to the elderly, can enjoy.
