Stretching with chairs and exercises using bars to the beautiful music of classical pieces! Cultivate flexibility and strengthen your core. If you participate in comfortable clothing, you can join the lesson without changing (leotards and ballet shoes are not required). While classical ballet can seem intimidating and may make you hesitate, why not take this opportunity to start the ballet you’ve always admired? ※ You can observe or participate in trials even during the session
