Kameoka Festival Yama Hoko Event

An autumn festival in the Tamaba Kameyama castle town held based on the myth of the gods developing Kameoka in ancient times. During the 24th Yoi-Miya, as it gets dark, the lights of lanterns and floral lanterns fantastically envelop the castle town. At the same time, the “Castle Town Festival” will also be held, featuring various events. At the main festival on the 25th, splendid Yama Hoko decorated with imported textiles will parade through the castle town.
