Zero Shoes Trial Walking Barefoot Workshop & Walking
Surprisingly, this is the first event held in Ehime Prefecture and Shikoku!
Zero Shoes, an American shoe brand that continues to create shoes and sandals that allow for natural walking as humans are meant to. By incorporating them into activities such as walking, leisure, and daily commuting to school or work, you can discover a way of walking that puts less strain on your feet and experience natural walking. The first half includes a workshop on barefoot walking inside the store. After that, participants will actually wear shoes for a trial and head out for a walking trip to Ishizuchi Shrine, which is about 2 kilometers one way.
