Story Sharing Connected from August 6

Things that connect from that day
August 6 marks 80 years since the atomic bombing of Hiroshima in the United States. It is a time to share thoughts with people gathering in Hiroshima about events from 80 years ago and the connections and learnings that follow. Upon deeper reflection, there are insights that emerge beyond the confines of the "field of issues" since the atomic bombing. For example, issues related to gender, global nuclear damage, colonialism, current wars, and Japan's nuclear policies. We will start with shares from the members of Kakuwaka Hiroshima.
