Autumn Takayama Festival (Hachiman Festival)

A traditional event that retains traces of the Edo period
The Takayama Festival is a collective term for the spring "Sannō Festival" and the autumn "Hachiman Festival." It is a traditional event that retains traces of the Edo period, with festival events such as the display of 11 floats and the karakuri (mechanical puppetry) dedicated on the cloth bag float to enjoy during the autumn festival. Additionally, the evening festival held on the 9th is one of its attractions.
