Gion Matsuri Yamaboko Junko Reserved Seats and Nearby Hotels
The Gion Matsuri has a history of over 1,000 years and is a festival held at Yasaka Shrine, featuring a variety of events over the course of a month. The highlight is the Yamaboko Junko, where 23 floats, led by the Nagatoboko, parade starting around 9 AM on July 17 for the first procession, and 11 floats, led by the Hashibenkei Yama, parade starting around 9:30 AM on July 24 for the second procession. This time, we offer a limited-number plan combining reserved seats for the Yamaboko Junko with accommodations at nearby hotels the day before the event! The splendid floats are breathtaking!\n
