"Konkon Shoe Market" is held on the last Saturday and Sunday of April every year, centered around shoe-related businesses in the vicinity of Tamaki Inari Shrine. A variety of footwear, including men's shoes, women's shoes, children's shoes, sneakers, sandals, as well as leather-related products such as wallets, handbags, and belts are sold at great prices. Additionally, in the shrine grounds, there are events such as the walking of the shoe mikoshi, a giant portable shrine shaped like a shoe, and the shoe memorial service, where worn-out shoes are burned to pray for foot health.
