Enjoy the vast ocean and large hydrangeas
At the interaction plaza below the Hill where you can see the Earth Observatory, you can enjoy large hydrangeas against the backdrop of the vast Pacific Ocean. This plaza and its surroundings, where flowers of all seasons can be enjoyed year-round, are maintained by the local volunteer group 'Yuuai-kai,' who conduct grass cutting, flower planting, and pruning. In particular, the hydrangeas, about 300 plants of various sizes throughout the area, including the adjacent observatory, are magnificent and delight tourists and local citizens every year.
