Nichiban Battle Win(TM) Taping Seminar (Tokyo)

A practical seminar focusing on taping aimed at preventing sports injuries, hosted by Nichiban, where participants can learn taping techniques with experts. In addition to basic knowledge, it will cover how to cut the tape and main taping techniques for the ankle, as well as explanations of basic methods. The content includes basic knowledge of taping, ankle taping, knee taping, foot sole taping, taping for prevention of muscle strain, and self-taping. Registration is from July 7, 9:00 to August 17, 17:00. Capacity is 20 people (first come, first served). ■Notes Eligibility: Middle school students and above
