Sakura Viewing: Yamazakura at Aizu Pass

The Aizu Pass, which runs along Mie Prefectural Road 710 from Matsusaka City to Otai Town in Taki County, is a hidden gem for Yamazakura cherry blossoms. After the Somei Yoshino blooms, it typically reaches full bloom around mid-April, with the mountains covered in beautiful cherry blossoms. The Sahara Yamazakura Observation Point and the Hill of Gratitude are recommended viewing spots.
