This time, we are holding a screening of the movie 'The 400,000 Books that were Evacuated', which is deeply connected to our activities' philosophy. We are also inviting director Kenji Kanetaka for a lecture. This documentary depicts the efforts of people during wartime Japan to protect valuable books and reexamines the significance of 'preserving books for future generations'.
