Ikoi no Mori Park Yoga 2025
An experience of yoga that lets you surrender to nature
The venue, a wooded area, offers a yoga experience using all five senses with the breeze flowing through the trees, birds chirping, and the uneven ground of soil and roots... Let's enjoy yoga in an extraordinary place. Rental mats are available for beginners at 300 yen each, making it easy for everyone to participate. Surrender to nature and enjoy a healing time. Intended for high school students and above.

A bus to "Yato Elementary School" from the south exit of Hibari-gakuen station or the north exit of Tanashi station.

- The event dates are 4/6, 5/4, and 6/8. Registration starts 20 minutes before each session. In case of rain, the event will be held in the seminar room. The venue may change depending on the situation.
