[Beach] Sanyuu Beach

Sanyuu Beach boasts particularly beautiful seawater in Wakayama Prefecture. It is a large, shallow beach that ranks among the largest in the Kinchu area. The sunset viewed from the coast has been selected as one of the "100 Best Sunrises and Sunsets in Wakayama," and the sight of the sunset sinking into the gentle waves is a must-see beauty. The approximately 1km stretch of white sandy beach is a unique and extraordinary view, attracting many visitors from both within and outside the prefecture. It is also designated as Kenju Coast Prefectural Natural Park and has a legend that the well used for bathing Emperor Jingo's son is located here.
