The event 'Canele Mania' that gathers truly delicious caneles from around the country is held for a limited time at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse. Moreover, special caneles inspired by the Red Brick Warehouse will be available exclusively in Yokohama! In addition to the classic plain canele refined by a long-established shop from Edogawa, Tokyo, which won first place in Japan, various caneles such as Nishijin matcha canele by a pastry chef from Kyoto who was a runner-up in the national chocolate contest, and a luxurious Earl Grey-scented canele from a popular shop in Aichi will also be featured.
