When it comes to the taste of summer in Northern Europe, it's crayfish! We're holding the popular Keitto Ruokala Crayfish Party every year. The crayfish we procure at Ruokala during this season are different from the American crayfish commonly found in Japanese ponds and marshes. They inhabit Lake Akan in Hokkaido, and the crayfish raised in clean, cold water are large and packed with meat, making them delicious! Enjoy a dinner course that captures the essence of summer in Northern Europe, centering around crayfish simply boiled with salt and dill in a large pot!
