Odagawa Koi Banner Crossing

Approximately 50 koi banners, which have become unnecessary in households, are effectively utilized to cross the clear stream "Odagawa" that flows from west to east through Ibara City. This has become a widely beloved spring event not only for local residents but also for people traveling along National Route 313 that runs alongside Odagawa.
