Uozu Shrine Festival

The spring festival of Uozu Shrine, held every year from June 4th to 6th. During this period, traffic regulations are enforced, and the Chuo-dori shopping street where Uozu Shrine is located, along with a part of the prefectural road (commonly known as the 22m road), turns into a pedestrian paradise. More than 200 stalls, the largest number in Eastern Toyama, line both sides of the roadway, attracting many visitors not only from families and students but also from outside Uozu City.
