A major event that colors the summer of Maruko
The summer festival, which began in 1977 with the hope of unity and harmony among residents. The contest will include categories for dance, floats, and rickshaw decoration. Participation is welcomed not only from community associations but also from small groups of coworkers, schools, and circles. This year, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Ueda City, all participants will receive a Japanese tenugui created by the Shinshu Maruko Yoshinaka Festival Executive Committee. *For details such as the implementation contents, please refer to the website.
