Reiwa 7th Year Important Cultural Property Kadowaki Family Residence Spring General Open

The Kadowaki Family Residence was built in the 6th year of Meiwa as the residence of a major landlord. The main house with a hipped roof is designated as an Important Cultural Property. The thatched-roof old house has a majestic elegance and creates a wonderful landscape in harmony with the alley. During the period, in addition to displaying art pieces stored by the Kadowaki family, we plan to hold a special exhibition of techniques from 'Matsuda Dye Works' (Konyamachi, Yonago City), a mini live performance by Kirasuma factory, a tea ceremony conducted by Urasenke and Adachi Sotomi's group, and local product sales.
