[Flowers & Peak Viewing] Azaleas at Shiroyama Park

About 6,000 vibrant azaleas

Shiroyama Park

Mid-Apr~Early May

Shiroyama Park is located on the southern hillside of Tateyama City, where the Satomi clan, a warlord during the Warring States period, once had their residence. It has been developed into a park, where camellias, plums, cherry blossoms, azaleas, and other flowering trees fill the paths, blooming beautifully in harmony with the season. There are about 6,000 azalea trees in the park. With bright red, white, and variegated colors, the azaleas reach their peak around Golden Week every year.
