[Sakura Blooming] Ashiwagawa Cherry Blossom Avenue

The embankment from Kida Bridge to Shinmeisaki Bridge along the Ashiwagawa flowing in the center of Fukui City features a cherry blossom avenue that is said to be the best in Japan. The cherry blossom tunnel, which stretches for approximately 600 trees over 2.2 km, has also been designated as one of the 'Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan.' It is a beloved relaxation spot for many citizens as a walking course filled with water and greenery, where one can enjoy beautiful scenery during the cherry blossom season.
