Kimiidera Cherry Blossom Festival

The cherry blossoms of Kimiidera, selected as one of the '100 Famous Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan' in 1990, have about 500 trees in the precincts and are famous as the 'best early blooming cherry blossom spot' in Kansai, blooming beautifully during the season. You can also enjoy the scenery of Wakayama Bay through the cherry blossoms and feel the arrival of spring.

The best viewing period may vary depending on the climate. Illuminations will be held until 10 PM during the blooming period. The main hall and the office are open from 8 AM to 5 PM.
