Karuizawa Sake Terrace

"Karuizawa Sake Terrace" features a selection of premium sake from 13 breweries in the Saku region. From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, you can sample things like hiyahoroshi and akigari for free. On weekends, brewers and staff will be present to share stories about sake-making and local life. Additionally, a limited-time autumn snack set, "Shinshu Delicious Taste Collection" (includes 1 cup of sake for 1,790 yen), will be available. Why not take your time to enjoy the exquisite sake of Shinshu while surrounded by the early autumn air of Karuizawa? ■ Notes No alcohol will be served to those under 20. Drinking alcohol while driving a car or riding a bicycle is prohibited.
