Ibara City aims to establish a system called "DMO (Destination Management Organization)" that can address regional issues by utilizing abundant local resources, and will hold a seminar towards its establishment. The agenda includes (1) Mayor's greeting, (2) What is DMO?, (3) Trends in tourism - The current state of tourism surrounding Japan, Okayama Prefecture, and Ibara City, (4) Explanation of this year's initiatives toward the establishment of the Ibara City DMO.
