A festival at Hine Shrine praying for the safety of the Kasai River's source and warding off summer disasters with a Shinto ritual and a special dance. The special dance features well-known place names from the Izumi region.

Get off at 'Higashikami' on the bus heading to Inunaki Mountain from Nankai Main Line Izumisano Station, or JR Hanwa Line Hineno Station.
