Talk "Tahitian Pearls - About Pearl Farming in Polynesia"

Discover the secrets of Tahitian pearls
Tahitian pearls are a central symbol of French Polynesia. These natural monuments embody the harmony between humans and nature. The year 2025 is a special year as it marks the 60th anniversary of pearl farming in Polynesia, and in June, the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference will be held in Nice, France. On this occasion, Mr. Waite Endo, a pearl expert from Tahiti, will introduce activities aimed at enhancing the value of pearls while conserving the marine environment.
