The Sendai International Half Marathon will be held, organized by Sendai City, Sendai City Sports Promotion Foundation, Miyagi Athletic Association, Sendai Athletics Association, Miyagi Disabled Athletes Association, Kahoku Shimpo, and Tohoku Broadcasting. The course features beautiful tree-lined streets such as Aoba-dori and Jozenji-dori.
