30th Sanuki Ninomiya Furusato Festival
The tea village of Minakami, spring has arrived!
In the season of fresh green leaves, invited by the warm sunshine, new tea shoots begin to sprout in the tea fields of Ninomiya. At the 'Sanuki Ninomiya Furusato Festival', various events related to the local specialty 'tea' are held annually, such as new tea picking experience, hand-rolled tea demonstration, tea field road walk, and tea ceremony, along with bamboo shoot digging experience and various bazaars that make use of the local culture. Interactions with the local people are also something to look forward to.
