The ginkgo tree-lined avenue shines in yellow and captivates the eye
Agata no Mori Park is a park built on the site of the former Matsumoto High School. The Himalayan cedar avenue, which is 80 years old, is the symbol of Agata no Mori and is famous for being used as a school route in the drama 'Hakusen Nagashi.' In autumn, the ginkgo and horse chestnut trees turn red and yellow, creating a beautiful contrast with the old Matsumoto High School building. It is a spot where you can experience the culture of Matsumoto City along with the autumn leaves.
