100 Type Command Reconnaissance Aircraft

The 100 Type Command Reconnaissance Aircraft was developed as a long-range reconnaissance aircraft flying at high altitudes and high speeds. At Tokorozawa Airfield, it was used as teaching material for aircraft maintenance at the Tokorozawa Army Aviation Maintenance School located within the premises, where it could be seen. We will introduce the aircraft, which has ties to the local Tokorozawa, along with the materials in our possession.

Note

Closed on Mondays (the next weekday if it’s a holiday). Open without holidays during the Golden Week period (April 26 to May 6). Additionally, there may be temporary closures for exhibit maintenance and inspections. The last admission is until 16:30.

Exhibition hall admission fee: Adults 520 yen, Elementary and junior high school students 100 yen, Preschool children free. Set ticket (Large theater + exhibition hall): Adults 840 yen, Elementary and junior high school students 320 yen.

parking

Use the park's parking lot. Free for up to 2 hours. Thereafter, 100 yen/hour for regular cars.

Access

About 6 km toward Tokorozawa city from the 'Tokorozawa' IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway.

Access (Public)

8 minutes walk from the East Exit of 'Kōkū Kōen' Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.
