Let's easily and enjoyably incorporate herbs and aromas into our daily lives! In addition to experiencing brain-boosting synapology, we will create our own original scent natural oil blends for daytime and nighttime, make relaxing bath additives for restful sleep, and practice the Tsurumura-style ear yoga. The instructor is Yukiyo Hisamatsu, an AEAJ certified aromatherapy instructor. Capacity is 16 people. Those wishing to participate should apply through the application form on the website. Cancellations must be made 3 days in advance.
