Okada Machinami Festival
An enchanting streetscape colored by wind, sound, and Tanabata.
In the Okada area of Chita City, which thrived as a production area for Chita cotton, four nationally designated tangible cultural heritage buildings line the small streets. This Machinami Festival allows you to fully enjoy the old streets of Okada. The streets are adorned with Tanabata decorations and lanterns, and the sound of wind chimes resonates throughout. There will be gourmet food, a market, a stamp rally, and kimono rentals available. Enjoy the enchanting streets at night.
