How about a fermentation tour and fruit vinegar making experience for parents and children during the summer break? Each group can make 2 bottles of fruit vinegar, with additional bottles available (1500 yen per extra bottle). Worksheets for children's independent research are provided. What to bring: writing utensils. Target: elementary school students and their guardians. A maximum of 10 groups is planned. Reservation by phone is required.
