Takahashi Mayumi Doll Museum 15th Anniversary Special Exhibition 'Shapes of Happiness'

A special exhibition of popular works to commemorate the 15th anniversary
Takahashi Mayumi Doll Museum will celebrate its 15th anniversary in April 2025. This exhibition features a collection of popular works by Mayumi Takahashi, including pieces inspired by Yoshinaka Hi’s 'Yaeko’s Humming.' 'Yaeko’s Humming' is a true story about the caregiving days between the author and his wife, who suffers from early onset dementia. The heartfelt book about their warmth left a deep impression on Mayumi Takahashi, inspiring her work. In this exhibition, we will specially showcase the piece 'Manazashi,' which was donated to Yoshinaka.
