The cherry blossom festival held at "Omori Park", a famous cherry blossom spot also known as the Yoshinoyama of Tohoku. Located on a small hill at an elevation of 120m, the view from the main circle where Omori Castle is said to have stood is spectacular. Many people visit every year to enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
