Slow Culture × Exchange Party @SUKUMO
After feeling the scenery and culture with a stroll through the town, experience "Okyaku Culture" in a 130-year-old residence! Let’s have fun eating, drinking, and exchanging ideas. The program includes stories about Sukumo's history, a walk through the streets for introductions, a fish disassembly show (planned for buri), an experience in decorating local traditional dishes called "Sawachi" in Hayashi Residence, and enjoy seasonal local ingredients like cocktails and local sake with a bartender at Okyaku.
