2nd Shirasawa Hometown Exchange Meeting
A reborn traditional event of Shirasawa
The festival will be held in a specially set up festival square, featuring a powerful competition of portable shrines gathered from within the town, as well as local specialty products. There will also be food trucks, a bazaar, and a fun lottery event along with bon dancing, making it a packed event.

- The mikoshi (portable shrine) ritual starts at 3:30 PM. The opening ceremony is from 4:00 PM to 4:10 PM, the first part (festival) is from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and the second part (bon dance) is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. *In case of bad weather, the second part (bon dance) may be postponed to the next day.
