Pure white flowers that color the Oi River basin
A deciduous shrub to tree observed at somewhat high altitudes or rocky places. The height is approximately 3 to 6 meters. The leaves are arranged in whorls of five at the tips of the branches, and are oval in shape, about 4 cm long. As of Reiwa 7, the Naka-Akaishi line forest road is completely closed due to a landslide. If you plan to climb Sobakuzuyama, you must go via Oozatsuyama, which significantly increases the required time compared to usual. Please make sure to act with some extra time in hand. From Mitsuboshi Observatory → Momino Wood Flat → Oozatsuyama Summit → Sobakuzuyama South Ridge Trailhead → Sobakuzuyama Summit.
