Special Exhibition 'Tsuguharu Fujita: Seven Passions'

Exploring the source of life and creation through seven themes
Under the supervision of Sylvie Buisson, a leading expert on Tsuguharu Fujita, this exhibition delves into Fujita's life and the sources of his creativity through seven angles: 'Self-expression', 'Landscape', 'Avant-garde', 'East and West', 'Women', 'Children', and 'Heaven and Angels'. In the second part, it re-examines Fujita's role among nine Japanese artists deeply connected to him, such as Riichiro Kawashima, Seiji Togo, and Yoshinosuke Ebihara. The Kagoshima venue will also introduce works by École de Paris artists from its collection.
