Zentangle is a word created from zen (禅) and tangle (絡まる), born in the USA. It is an art course where you draw on beautiful paper called tiles with just one pen. It is said that by continuing to draw lines, one can achieve a state of mindlessness, and it has mindfulness effects. Recommended for those who want to enhance their mental health and concentration.
