Reiwa 7th Year "22nd Shintoku New Soba Festival"

Eight stores, including local soba shops and enthusiasts, will set up stalls. Based on flavorful delicious soba that is "freshly harvested," "freshly ground," "freshly made," and "freshly boiled," they offer toppings like burdock tempura, eel, giant shrimp tempura, lily root tempura, chicken, maitake mushroom tempura, and finally cheese! Each store will provide various improvements to make it even tastier. There will also be a wan soba competition and foot bath experience. Let's enjoy delicious soba in Shintoku Town!
