Join fruit variety navigator Takeshita Daigaku for a journey through the fruits of different regions. This third event focuses on fruits from the Kanto area, including 1 metropolis and 6 prefectures. In addition to the classics like pears and melons, we will delve into the lesser-known world of fruits like blueberries. Takeshita will share the passionate dramas behind the birth of these varieties. Chef Sunku will prepare 4 dishes using the Saitama-born pear 'Sayutama' plus a special curry rice for the finale. Enjoy pairing with wine and savor the depth of fruits.
